Job Description:

The key purpose of the Content Curator role is to build brand identity and brand presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia/ multichannel above-the-line and below-the-line marketing content. The scope of work extends from formulating the content strategy along with the Director – Online Trade, creating, producing and publishing content as well as using analytics to track impact of creative content and growth of customer community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Merchandising teams to define and optimize the web merchandising operations calendar.
  • Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics and use the findings to business advantage and enhanced customer contact.
  • Optimize content according to SEO.
  • Ensure compliance of all content published with relevant regional laws like copyright and data protection.
  • Improving conversion and click thru rates by adapting content based on performance insights
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across brands and functions to establish a keen understanding and support projection of the brands.
  • Responsible for integrated content creation for MAF Lifestyle business ensuring MAF Fashion and respective brand standards are met at all times.
  • Full responsibility for the quality and content of the Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle brands websites, ensuring the site is up-to-date, liaising with approved third-party suppliers where necessary.
  • Comply with budget directives from the Director of Online Trade.
  • Data mining/performance analysis for weekly & monthly reporting. Knowledge of GA and other data mining tools
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality while facilitating the flow and publication of information on omni-channels including websites, apps and social media.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a content Lead with specific online content management
  • Graduate degree in Design, Marketing or relevant field
  • Expertise in social media, WordPress or similar applications
  • Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Marketing or Advertising Managerial role
