Job Description:

Drive Customer Engagement across Majid Al Futtaim through data driven insights. This role will be responsible for providing the key insights to drive the customer value through the lifetime of existing customers by understanding customer’s overall behavior, needs and matching those to the products / services that are offered. This role will partner with Marketing / CVM teams across business to realize CVM vision and North star while also driving the value of the customer cross-BU & SHARE (MAF’s groupwide loyalty program).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the SHARE (MAF’s groupwide loyalty program) customer engagement through data analysis and key insights
  • Partner with businesses to drive growth towards revenue targets; shares best practice, creates frameworks and guidelines for operations and supports design of campaigns and life-cycle as needed
  • Apply best practice, develop continuous campaign improvement plans and make recommendations based upon data analysis and customer insights
  • CVM analytics dashboard development and ad-hoc reporting
  • Support in the group wide CLTV framework implementation
  • Provide holistic view of CVM program performance, from a cross BU perspective maximizing value of MAF customer and guiding businesses to do the same for BU CVM work
  • Advise on setting targets both from CLTV and customer behavioral perspective based on long term value for MAF
  • Drive revenue growth by understanding key business drivers and deriving relevant customer insights from the customer data collected within MAF Ecosystem
  • Act as an Analytics subject matter expert for the CVM program at large across Majid Al Futtaim driving CVM initiative across businesses
  • Build Segmentation, attribution models and propensity models to enhance the 1 to 1 personalization efforts and drive campaign effectiveness
  • Identify most optimal opportunities to stretch the customer
  • Build business case to identify potential uplifts from new 1 to 1 marketing campaigns
  • Develop the CVM Data and Analytics capability with the integration of Customer data models & insights from CRM
  • Perform data analysis to identify key trends and opportunities to recommend new initiatives / campaigns and drive campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze the customer data and recommend key opportunities across: acquisition, cross sell / up sell, retention / churn prevention, re-engagement

Job Requirements:

  • Expert in Advanced Analytics / predictive model development
  • Experience in Loyalty program analytics and reporting
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics or Marketing or any quantitative discipline
  • Proven experience in driving growth and revenue through data analysis
  • Experience in Retail industry would be a plus
  • Expert in SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business, Tech and marketing teams
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Expert in model building using at least one of the statistical packages / tools: R, Python, SAS…etc.
  • Self-starter, self-driven person who can navigate through amorphous and highly agile environments; ability to work independently when required
  • Ability to convert data analysis results into stories with key messages for senior stakeholders
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is a pre-requisite; good listening skills with strong attention to details
  • Customer-centric approach with passion for driving value and growth
