As part of our ongoing transformation to deliver “Stores of the Future” we are looking for strong, innovative and resilient Leaders, considered experts in their field to drive change and influence the future. It’s the simple ideas that spark from you and your teams that can make the biggest difference. We are working hard to ensure our store estate is fit for the future, by trialling different concepts and opening new stores – our plan is to open c.75 stores over the next 3 years that will offer our customers a new and innovative shopping experience, whilst maintaining the traditional M&S values our customers love.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions
  • Work in partnership with the commercial team
  • To drive a selling culture within your team
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • To always energise the team to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team

Job Requirements:

  • Up to date knowledge of commercial, visual, operational, people processes and systems
  • Breadth of roles and experience leading and developing remote teams to deliver results
  • Future focused with a track record of executing business plans and delivering results
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management internally and externally
  • Uses all available data and MI (internal and external) to identify commercial, visual, cost savings & customer opportunities to increase profit with strong digital capability.
