Job Description:

We looking for a Project Manager to join the MYHR Team. You will be responding decisively and informatively to issues that may arise, engaging key stakeholders and working collaboratively with operational areas and suppliers to plan, drive and control project activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To plan, control, manage and be accountable for overall delivery of defined Projects or individual workstreams from the MyHR business programme
  • Work with Managers to meet agreed business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality
  • Ensure adherence to defined project methodology and standards to ensure robust quality of project outcomes
  • Work with business teams post implementation to review benefits realisation and measure success of adopting the change.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and operational areas to ensure that the business case quantifies potential business benefits
  • To establish and maintain good relationships with the business and suppliers resolving conflicting priorities or issues that may arise
  • Be a Pro-active and visible support to senior leaders across the programme as well as related sponsors
  • Identify risks and issues associated with the programme and develop mitigation plans for the programme
  • Work with the key business stakeholders to understand the impact of the delivery areas across the business teams
  • Constantly and consistently provide feedback and updates to the stakeholders on programme progress

Job Requirement:

  • Ability to recognise, and mitigate risks within people, process, systems and service elements of the programme
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Strong analytical and decision making abilities
  • Good influencing skills across organisation and external organisations as appropriate
  • Ability to plan the stages of a project/programme and manage a fully resourced project plan
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies, tools & techniques– Prince2 would be preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of lean process methodology and process improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
