Job Description: You will be leading a fast-growing team of Growth and Automation specialists building automated cross-channel journeys across our customer engagement platforms, to drive incremental sales and customer growth. You will be held accountable for the delivery of automated triggers and lifecycle journeys, including technical implementation, experimentation and optimisation. Success is delivering against an incremental revenue objective of £100m over the next 3 years. As part of this, you will shift our overall customer messaging programme from under 5% personalised to 80% personalised, working with relevant teams across the organisation to make this a reality. Job Responsibilities: Coach and grow high performing team Run continuous optimisation process against key performance metrics Define and manage end-to-end technical delivery process to ensure operational excellence Define automated messaging strategy to grow customer lifetime value efficiently and effectively Inspire and manage team to deliver against 3-year £100m incremental revenue objective Drive analytical roadmap to identify new growth opportunities and prioritise activity Work with stakeholders across M&S to understand and execute against business unit and category priorities Job Requirements: Vast experience in digital marketing, growth, product or engineering roles Expert across multiple channels (CRM, Paid Social, Affiliate and Paid Search) Experience building and leading large teams (15-20 people) to success across strategic, analytical and technical projects Systems-thinker who thrives in the face of complexity Has a high quality bar for themselves and their teams, and takes full ownership of problems Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Inspired and motivated by stretching goals Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other automation tools e.g. CDPs Technical experience in earlier roles a bonus e.g. Python, Javascript, Ampscript, HTML, CSS Job Details: Company: Marks and Spencers Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Bristol, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
