Job Description: The Reward team are looking for an experienced Reward Manager to support the delivery of the M&S People Plan. You'll be supporting the Head of Reward to design, implement and embed the reward strategy, as well as partnering the business and HRBPs as a subject matter expert on reward matters. A key element of the role will also be setting and managing M&S reward policies, including pay, benefits, recognition, bonus and global mobility. Job Responsibilities: Supporting Head of Reward to design, implement and deliver the total reward strategy for M&S in line with relevant budgets Working with HR colleagues to partner specific business areas as the subject matter expert on reward matters, including job evaluations and benchmarking, identifying efficiencies and enhancements wherever possible Ownership of reward policies*, as assigned by the Head of Reward, working alongside other members of the Reward team, and responding to policy queries escalated from business Leading and/or supporting on HR projects as required Managing third-party suppliers to deliver services in line with agreed SLAs Keeping up-to-date with best practice and emerging trends through effective external relationships Coaching Reward Analysts to give them the best possible grounding in reward at M&S Working with Technology and Internal Audit on delivery of Colleague Discount Liaising with company car provider to deliver a high-quality experience for colleagues, making sure that queries are promptly addressed Coordinating benefit enrolment windows, including changes to the platform and testing Supporting tax/payroll function with P11d process Job Requirements: Effective relationship management and ability to influence senior stakeholders Technical reward knowledge and analytical skills High quality verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise effectively, ideally with experience of managing projects Experience of policy ownership An excellent team player with a supportive coaching style Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation or equivalent Advanced Excel skills Tax and P11d knowledge Degree and/or CIPD qualified Job Details: Company: Marks and Spencers Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Sheffield, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
