Job Description:

Our PRESTO Business Operations Support is looking to hire a Implementation Coordinator-Bulk LUMS, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Process Management in managing the day-to-day operations for the Transit Agencies as well as the vendors and service providers to ensure adhering to the SLAs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process all returns according to financial requirements and ensure compliance to all reporting requirements.
  • Manage all communication with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
  • Ensure inventory reconciliation of PRESTO fare media assets
  • Working in collaboration with other departments and vendors to make sure orders are delivered in time
  • Responsible to provide reporting and updates as necessary to the appropriate governance structures.
  • Identifying risks associated with the business and any potential impact on the PRESTO operation.
  • Developing and documenting functional business requirements to enable the identification and definition of detailed business requirements and use cases based on document review, discussion, and other capturing methods.
  • Managing all aspects of Bulk Lums Ordering Process, this includes taking and entering new orders into the order management system and managing customer satisfaction.
  • Support other business units as required in the successful delivery of PRESTO products and services.
  • Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
  • Strive to meet or exceed delivery targets with a focus on constant improvement
  • Documenting processes and identifying areas of improvements as they relate to the PRESTO Fare Management key activities as well as from lessons learned and best practices.
  • Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.
  • Monitor vendor performance and evaluate all orders and provide all required approvals.
  • Facilitating, leading, or participating in business process and system improvements
  • Verify all order line and prepare order reports and manage all orders and respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues and prepare efficient schedule for projects.
  • Perform troubleshoot on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
    Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve in discrepancies in production metrics and ensure accurate billing of all orders

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • In-depth knowledge of collaborative team, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques, tools and methodologies related to all phases of the initiative life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills; strong team leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience and understanding of “Best Practices” for readiness assessments and the development of business strategies, process re-engineering, business case development and/or cost benefit analysis.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of Order and Vendor Management
  • Familiar with data capturing and data analysis skills to facilitate and align process improvement strategies and KPIs
  • Completion of a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related discipline – or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Understanding of process improvement principles and methodologies (e.g. LEAN, Agile, etc.)
  • Minimum six (6) years’ work experience providing a solid background in business analysis and project management as it pertains to the development and delivery of fare payment systems supporting corporate systems.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data modelling, process, and workflow analysis
