This role will initially be based from home as we work through the pandemic but some travel across Wales will be a requirement of the role. Your future base location will be discussed at interview but there is some flexibility within the region.

Job Responsibilities:

Working as a Project Co-ordinator is varied, challenging and rewarding. We need to make sure everyone involved in our projects is given the very best support to deliver them as well as possible.

You’ll provide an efficient, effective and flexible project support service to Project Managers. Acting as an advanced business systems user and working within the appropriate Trust procedures, in a discrete and confidential manner, you’ll be responsible for internal/external communications, IT/processes, record keeping, general administration and some financial management.

Job Requirements:

  • Good people skills, enabling good working relationships
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with regional project stakeholders and central functions
  • A positive attitude to Welsh language and culture
  • Knowledge of budgets, finance and co-ordination of projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Very strong excel skills
  • The ability to work well both in a team and on your own initiative
