Job Description:

Neiman Marcus Group is expanding our Human Resources team! We are currently looking to add an Employee Relations Specialist to our team. This candidate will be responsible for workplace investigations, conducting virtual interviews, and partnering with our HR Managers to provide resolutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze employee relations trends with Leadership and help develop proactive strategies
  • Conduct prompt, thorough, and objective workplace investigations
  • Develop effective relationships with People Services Managers to promote positive employee relations
  • Provide training to HR Business Partners
  • Assist in resolving, coaching, and guiding managers through employee relations issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in employee relations, investigations, employment law, and disciplinary actions
  • Knowledge/exposure to/understanding of federal, state, and local laws and statutes
  • Excellent consultation skills and the ability to seek out information
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Suite Word, Excel, Oracle
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas
