Job Responsibilities: Maintain care records and other relevant documentation adhering to record keeping guidelines Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Maintains best practice ensuring compliance with evidence based practice and research Responsible for assessing, planning and implementing patient care and ensuring that the best quality of patient care is maintained whilst respecting patients’ personal dignity and beliefs.
