Job Description:

As part of the broader Analytics and Insight team, the People analyst will be responsible for fulfilling our People data and analytical needs while contributing towards the broader team’s reporting and analytical objectives. This will include the production and analysis of People metrics and management reporting as well as providing comprehensive support to key initiatives including annual pay review, market benchmarking, remuneration and incentive schemes, data governance ,gender pay gap etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage salary survey participation and maintain up to date benchmarking database as well as analysing results to determine and maintain the Company’s competitive position
  • Contribute towards the broader analytical and insight community via team meetings and information sharing
  • Provide appropriate cycle of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual People reports to support People business and strategic understanding in areas such as Turnover & Retention, Diversity, Cost, Recruitment, Engagement and Tenure
  • Provide support for ongoing monitoring of all key people and reward metrics
  • Develop and provide insights and recommendations based on data/statistical interrogation.
  • Share best practice and other relevant experiences with the broader team to ensure redundancy is built into our overall team skillset
  • Develop and maintain an effective reporting suite and pan-regional dashboard for comprehensive analytics and metrics to support People strategy and drive a high performance culture
  • Provide data reporting from the annual performance and development review process
  • Ownership of gender pay gap annual reporting
  • Manage the data for the annual pay and bonus review process including benchmarking, analytics, reporting and modelling

Job Requirement:

  • Good analytical and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Highly numerate, excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
  • Previous experience using Power BI, alteryx and / or other visualisation and reporting tools
  • Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written communication and particularly the ability to present ideas to a wide range of audiences
