Job Description: In this critical role, you will ensure that our resources, in the data and analytics office, are planned consciously, proactively, and effectively. You’ll be handling front door requests and other data projects, assisting with planning and allocation of resources that are needed to deliver them, as well as offering feedback to stakeholders on their requests. Job Responsibilities: Build and own a trackable milestone plan reflecting the Data and Analytics team’s strategic principles, operating model transformation plans and localised initiatives. Accountable to forecast demand and manages scheduling of enough skilled resources. Provide regular qualitative updates against the milestone plan on progress, risks and opportunities. Work with stakeholders to identify the right measures of progress and success for the various initiatives in plan. Collaborate with the analytical team to develop a dashboard and ensure this is produced and shared regularly to provide qualitative updates on progress against the plan. Log, size and track risks and opportunities, escalating to the Director where required. Respond to real-time demands and reallocate resources. Define how to report progress against the strategic milestone plan and communicate updates to the senior leadership team. Job Requirements: 3-5+ years’ industry experience in a planning or resourcing related role, ideally in a data and analytics environment. Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills - able to confidently engage from First Line Manager up to Director level.
