Job Description:
The Central Application Support (CAS) team is part of the IT Service Management (ISM) function, which is the last link of the Orange business services Application Systems delivery chain. CAS team handle the “middle tier” role in the multilayered Orange business services Applications support chain and is responsible for keeping the availability of applications in line with their business criticality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Functional and technical troubleshooting expertise
- Ticket routing to fix agent entities
- Proactively monitor of applications performances
- Handle, diagnose and route in real-time incoming trouble tickets
- Produce monthly applications availability reports (Key Performance Indicators)
- Assist in application maintenance operations to ensure service continuity
- Communicate unplanned outages to end users
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French is a plus
