Job Description:
The HRIS Consultant is a key business partner that is responsible for providing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) technological expertise that aligns to the rest of the business. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering on the Total Rewards & Systems strategy by aligning our technical capability with our service deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- End User Support – Provide production support for SAP TM environment, including research and resolution of problems; identification and resolution of unexpected results; and recommendations for alternate methods/solutions to meet business needs. Ongoing coaching on policy and/or collective agreement related language
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leads and drives the delivery of high-quality system maintenance, enhancements, and project initiatives of assigned OD&L programs.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Participates and lead in developing solution strategies and roadmaps within a specific domain.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Subject Matter Expert – Act as a subject matter expert in SAP TM environment
- Act as one of the main points of contact for a variety of SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding OD&L initiatives that includes needs assessment, design, configuration, testing, training, system enhancements, change management, and reporting.
- Performing requirements analysis
- Participate in identifying and implementing system upgrades and enhancements.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
- Experienced using back-end Time Management and SAP(configuration, upgrades, testing etc)
- Maintain system configuration and set-up to ensure required functionality and reporting capabilities meet the needs of the end users.
- Reports/Queries – Build, maintain and support a variety of reports and/or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing clients
Job Requirements:
- Troubleshoot end user and system issues and document resolutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external providers/partners in support of programs and initiatives.
- 2+ years’ progressive experience in implementing HR programs in SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to apply discretion as it relates to confidential or sensitive information;
- Knowledge of HR and Organizational Development and design best practices
- Collaborates with customers to gather information, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems and/or better enable the attraction, development and retention of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to convert technical requirements into business requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work with rigid deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Monitors systems performance and continuously creates improvement recommendations.
- 2+ years’ Project Management experience
- Create and run standard and complex reports.
- Build awareness and desire to support the proposed programs and solutions
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Self-Development on SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations to provide best-practice recommendations and roadmap in the industry or nationally
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment;
- Present systems information to a non-technical audience, and an ability to understand and interpret business requirements.
- Ensures application testing is effective and secure and that confidential information is protected.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other business leaders to manage changes required.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- 2+ years back-end Time Management & SAP
- 2+ years’ progressive experience managing complex HR projects to successful completion
- Facilitate information gathering, analyze customizations and facilitate fit/gap analysis.
- Experience in maintenance, enhancement and project initiatives related to a specific domain
