Job Responsibilities: Provide support to test teams during product and UAT testing of the technical solution developed Establish coding conventions/standards/check lists for area of expertise Understand and interpret functional requirements as set forth in the functional design documents Build a cohesive team and create an inspiring team environment Support developers in following activities: Design and develop cloud based projects. Facilitate and encourage collaboration, working as one team Mentor, coach, motivate and guide team members in carrying out related development activities Prepare and implement the technical solution to the production environment Assist in developing technical documentation; participate in test-plan development, integration and deployment Design, develop and unit test technical solutions for moderate to complex work objects assigned Support business and personal goals, including performance review and evaluation, and career development Provide basic design documents and translate into component-level designs to accelerate development. Design, develop, and distribute reusable technical components.
