Job Responsibilities:

• Monthly account reconciliations and analysis.
• Responsible for the full revenue accounting and reporting cycle, which involves working with multiple systems.
• Provide guidance on accounting treatment on the project costs.
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners including related parties, tax consultants, internal and external auditors.
• Special Projects and Ad Hoc Requests as required.
• Point person for fixed asset processes and systems in alignment with the Company’s capitalization policy.
• Assist to create, maintain, and supervise asset master on regular basis.
• Assist in completing Statistics Canada annual survey forms.
  Assist in Month end, Quarter and Year end closing and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• MS Office skills, in particular excellent Excel skills.
• ERP working experience; SAP an asset
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written – ability to deal with individuals at all levels
• Knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards
• Ability to work both independently, with little supervision and within a team environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Accounting Designation or in final stages
• Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
