Job Responsibilities:

• AI supported sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or other relevant discipline
• Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in solution selling
• Experience selling via telephone, email and online campaigns
• Knowledge of territory
• Comfortability with mid-high volume cold calling
• Ability to communicate in English and French (an asset)
• 5-7 years of virtual experience with proven success in meeting/exceeding measurable sales targets/quotas
• Knowledge of industry
• Demonstrated use of a sales methodology such as Solution Selling and Virtual Selling Methodologies
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables
• Experience in strategic territory management
• 5 or more years of business development selling B2B solutions
• Solid understanding of the digital world and the skills involved including digital communication, social media management, online collaboration
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM
• Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio
• Flexibility, ability to compromise and active listening. Persuading others to listen to your ideas
• Ability to make decisions that will impact customers and employees and will have an impact on overall business and objective
• Excellent practical approach to problem solving and issue resolution with a focus on improving the business, ensuring adherence to policies, recommending policy changes where appropriate
• Demonstrated ability to adapt well to multi-location organization
• Ability to travel including driving to various work and/or customer locations within the local markets, PI HQ in New York, across Canada and USA.

• Strong personal motivation and enthusiasm, interest in and commitment to making a difference in the organization
• Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
• Travel can be up to 50%
• Ability to communicate and get buy–in of corporate programs and policies
• Strong Analytical skills required to manage and interpret massive amounts of data. Ability to analyze data to formulate ideas and recommendations for cost saving, service and quality improvements to the services and solutions
• Ability to influence others through the employment of sound judgment; able to build consensus and influence change and sustain accountability

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree or Certification in engineering or management sciences or project management would be an asset
• Strong record of client service, with a mindset of assisting clients in resolving problems and finding solutions, including experience providing workable and understandable recommendations to management
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Science and/or Engineering with related work experience.
• Superior mentoring and coaching skills are a must for this role
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset
• 5+ years relevant Operations, Project Management, Service and Management experience
• PMP designation is an asset
• Strong team orientation, with a proven record of building team relationships with staff, clients and other stakeholders
