Job Description: This role is designed to develop strategies that benefit the business and customer to promote a win-win relationship for Purolator and its customers by achieving assigned sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives which includes higher revenue growth targets through a book of business by generating leads, pursuing assigned leads and managing a defined set of accounts Territory Value Range 10 to 15M. In addition, the incumbent will have a solid understanding of the digital world and the skills involved including digital communication, social media management, online collaboration along with AI supported sales experience. Roles will all be 9-5 in respective regions. Job Responsibilities: Develops account strategies within the assigned territory, independently or with assistance from other sales team members. Demonstrated ability to construct creative proposals or sales responses and present them independently or with a team. Ability to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains. Communicate with major clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries Aggressively pursues and achieves a minimum of 100% of assigned quota (annually and quarterly) through sales of Purolator solutions. Ability to nurture strategic relationships with top accounts and possess an in-depth knowledge of the company and its customers. Manage key accounts via Virtual Sales Ability to juggle many moving parts and orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy. Must be comfortable addressing C-suite executives as well as coordinating Purolator cross functional teams (i.e. Operational Excellence and Operations team) Establish strong, long-term client relationships Ability to have insight into customer to develop different approaches to their biggest clients across the company. Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs Job Requirements: Solid understanding of the digital world and the skills involved including digital communication, social media management, online collaboration 5-7 years of virtual experience with proven success in meeting/exceeding measurable sales targets/quotas Experience selling via telephone, email and online campaigns Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM AI supported sales experience Experience in solution selling 5 or more years of business development selling B2B solutions Excellent written/verbal communication skills Demonstrated use of a sales methodology such as Solution Selling and Virtual Selling Methodologies Knowledge of territory Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills Experience in strategic territory management Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or other relevant discipline Ability to communicate in English and French (an asset) Knowledge of industry Comfortability with mid-high volume cold calling Job Details: Company: Purolator Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Mississauga, ON, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
