Job Description: You will be responsible for remediation, preparation and clearing of items routed to you while working with multiple software applications and programs simultaneously to troubleshoot and provide resolution to allow for correct routing and billing within the sortation system. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and ensure necessary paperwork is completed as appropriate for the item Data entry of shipment information to ensure packages are correctly routed Escalate unresolved issues to Customer Shipment Resolution (CSR) Conduct a visual review of items to assess missing information Achieve department metrics on Pieces Per Hour (PPH) processed Scan barcodes, reprint and/or overlabel as needed Responsible for working with multiple software applications and programs simultaneously to troubleshoot and add missing information Job Requirements: Ability to work independently as well as a team player as required Excellent interpersonal skills Organization skills Demonstrated computer literacy including minimum keyboarding/typing speed of 40 words per minute Ability to meet tight deadlines Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding warehouse-type environment Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) Job Details: Company: Purolator Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Etobicoke, ON, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
