Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding of working with the project teams and different types of testing phases APT, IPT, UAT, Regression testing
• Experience in working effectively in high-pressured and dynamic warehouse environment.
• Understanding of networking, databases, cloud services, cameras, and imaging.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the hardware and technology solutions used by operations.
• Work closely with the project team and participate in IPT, APT and UAT teams in testing new software solutions, builds and hardware.
• Ability to work with vendors to resolve issues in timely manner.
• Escalate issues with MHE equipment and software to vendors for solutions.
• Adapt to new responsibilities.
• Maintain & troubleshoot DWS stations/Vision tunnels equipment, network communication, cabling, desktops etc.
• Experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the DWS stations/vision tunnels equipment, hardware and technology solutions used by operations.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a proactive customer focused approach.
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of automated hub operation, material handling equipment (MHE), and networks communication and cabling.
• Manage & upgrade servers and data clusters.
• Capable of working in the warehouse kind of environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure team environment.
• Support all Upper-Level controls in the Automated hub facility which include the HMI, SCADA, OCR, Video Coding and Remediation software
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of automated hub operation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), material handling equipment (MHE) and networks.
• Ability to work various shifts as needed (Days, Evenings and Weekends)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple daily deadlines.
• Effective organization and time management skills in constant changing environment.
