Responsible for the full accounting cycle related to projects, fixed assets and revenue ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information used for internal and external reporting and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles Job Responsibilities: Point person for fixed asset processes and systems in alignment with the Company’s capitalization policy. Collaborate with cross functional business partners including related parties, tax consultants, internal and external auditors. Assist to create, maintain, and supervise asset master on regular basis. Responsible for the full revenue accounting and reporting cycle, which involves working with multiple systems. Provide guidance on accounting treatment on the project costs. Assist in completing Statistics Canada annual survey forms. Special Projects and Ad Hoc Requests as required. Monthly account reconciliations and analysis. Assist in Month end, Quarter and Year end closing and reporting. Job Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards MS Office skills, in particular excellent Excel skills.
