Job Description:

The Marketing Consultant will drive new acquisitions, and revenue growth for our organization through dedicated ABM strategies. This key marketing support role will focus on planning demand generation marketing strategies, developing and executing inbound and outbound campaigns for our mid to large market customers. This person is data-driven with strong experience refining programs to continually improve KPI’s. Experience across a variety of acquisition channels including digital, email, social, telemarketing and beyond is necessary. The marketing consultant will also support sales enablement and retention activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative briefs that enable our designers to accurately and succinctly capture the purpose, audience, message, and feel of new creative for various programs
  • Produce lead/opportunity reports and monthly dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress, conversion rates, cost per lead, etc.
  • Routinely analyze and report on key performance metrics, making recommendations to drive conversions, minimize email opt-outs and enhance content
  • Increase program performance through an end-to-end lead management process from the initial prospect capture through to nurturing and hand-off to sales.
  • Work closely with teams to refine the lead management process including regular performance assessments.
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance and optimize campaigns and messages.
  • Plan and launch Webinars; this involves executing the pre and post webinar activities as well as the lead gen nurture streams across multiple platforms.
  • Manage, optimize and report on lead scoring models for demand generation campaigns
  • Develop and execute measurable demand generation programs that drive pipeline for the organization and channel partners.
  • Work with internal and external resources to help create content and assets necessary to drive interest.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations and MarCom teams to develop and execute campaign elements including, but not limited to strategy for paid search and social, landing page testing, content development, list identification and purchase, channel development, etc.
  • Leverage Marketing Cloud knowledge, Salesforce.com and other tools as needed to execute and track the success of programs.
  • Work with the marketing ops team to monitor conversion across all online campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the ABM strategy to generate qualified leads; devise key milestones and report on performance of ABM campaigns as per agreed upon cadence.
  • Collaborate with MarCom to create assets to be used at various stages of our prospect journey. Examples include, whitepapers, blog posts, nurture campaigns, direct mail campaigns, webinar content, infographics, case studies, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Establish plan (and budget) for inbound and outbound marketing programs to achieve engaged lead, meeting, opportunity and closed/won targets

Job Requirements:

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time; tasks linked to sales enablement versus demand gen. may change as necessitated by business demands.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to gain support and alignment.
  • Devise and execute communication strategy to support launch of new materials internally.
  • Own and manage assigned budget line for both demand gen. and retention activities.
  • Strategize, manage, and launch revenue generating campaigns as needed.
  • Track and share performance of sales collaterals, decks, and capture feedback to continue to improve the process and content.
  • Support vertical Sales decks and POVs decks creations, where applicable.
  • Collaborate with teams for input on sales enablement pieces – namely marcom, marketing ops, retention, sales, etc.
  • The marketing consultant supports sales enablement activities – namely QBR revamp and other product launch decks, where applicable.
  • Track and report on performance of campaigns to key stakeholders.
