Job Responsibilities: Ensure all work areas are clean and all safety issues/concerns are addressed in a timely fashion Supervise employee screening and vehicle check point for compliance and quality Perform site security duties Assist with maintaining Site Specifics Standing Orders Complete Key Performance Indicator reports to ensure process compliance and quality Identify, resolve and or escalate security and personnel risks Ensure all LPP equipment & tools are operational and in good repair Communicate policy and procedure changes with staff Respond to and follow up on related Loss Prevention Incident Reports (LPIR) Provide training and support for on-site LPP staff Supervise and coach on site Loss Prevention Professionals Work collaboratively with Operations to access customer needs Job Requirements: 1-3 years security related experience This position is mobile and require the candidate to work at multiple locations during the day Must be available to work on a rotational shift basis, evenings, weekends and holidays Proficient with MS Office Recognized security accreditation (CPO, CSS) is an asset Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Powers of Arrest Excellent problem solving and decision making skills Ability to deescalate potential violence in the workplace incidents Supervisory/leadership experience is an asset Must be able to work with a high degree of honesty and integrity Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must possess a valid Security Guard License and Ontario Driver’s G Class License Job Details: Company: Purolator Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.net
