Job Description: As a Business Process Manager - Lead System Architect (BPM - LSA) within Wealth Management Technology & Solutions partners with IT, Operations and business stakeholders to assess, analyze and, recommend business and technical solutions and lead the development and integration of one or more functional areas of an end to end technical solution that resolves business systems issues and meets sponsor needs. Technical documentation of business and system needs. (IDD, TDD, Architecture).The resource taking on this role has experience specific to the technology platform (Pega 8.X, SQL Server, Open Shift & RPA) being implemented and adds value by providing in depth knowledge of the system and the ability to configure the solution functionality (where needed) to meet sponsor needs. Job Responsibilities: Lead the writing and automation of unit test plans, optimization of system performance and provide on-call support Plan high-level project phases to meet objectives within budget and on time Estimate work sizing required to perform design, coding and unit testing Prepare detailed technical specifications, programs and unit test plans Lead development teams through technical design phases, identifying, tracking and resolving issues Provide appropriate combination of direction, expertise, feedback and coaching to collaborate with team members and increase capability of not only individual team members, but of the team as a whole Lead or inform technical solutions to meet business needs, maximizing component reusability, data sharing and security Develop and/or lead the project development of technical solutions, including code reviews Complete technical documentation and training material. Coordinate implementation, planning and execution from preproduction through to production stages Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred Minimum of 7 years for technical experience within specific domain of knowledge.
