Job Description:

We are recruiting for an Inbound Sales Executive, who will be responsible for winning new customers via sales leads, incoming phone calls and online web chats and converting numerous sales leads and potential new customers at any one time.

Job Responsibilities:

The Inbound Sales Executive will be able to exceed new business inbound sales targets, by delivering individual new business sales revenue/referrals of c£1m and delivery of KPI’s. Effectively manage marketing/sales campaings, achieve sales standards and progress sales leads and opportunities speedily converting or referring them to new business teams.

Job Requirements:

As the successfully appointed Inbound Sales Executive, you will have a minimum of 1 years Inside Desk Sales or Call Centre Sales experience and a high level of understanding and appreciate of the Royal Mail range of products and services that we offer.
