Job Description: Merchandises and provides superior customer service. Maintains efficient flow of merchandise from the receiving door to the sales floor, experts in product inventory and ensuring product expiry is first and foremost a priority. Job Responsibilities: Maintains Store Standards pertaining to image and trends in Follows the Sanitation Schedule to ensure the proper cleanliness standards are met for all food areas such as back shelves, on floor shelving, fridge, freezer & cooler areas both on floor and in back room Advanced skills in MMS such as, creating and managing events to support short dated merchandise sell through, signing, ordering and inventory control tools Ensures signage and talkers displayed accordingly including flyers, corporate markdowns Utilizes events and coupons to move items that are short dated to help protect damages and keep stock from expiring on shelves Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, expiry dates, promotion, etc. Completes all planogram adjustments and changes within provided timelines Ensures the proper rotation of products with “the first in first out” guideline Ensures product is replenished on shelves in a timely manner Assembles and display pre-packs Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks (Eg.
