Job Description:

This role will steer and drive our trading performance across Social platforms working with our agency to maximise efficiency of the channel against our critical metrics across all our audiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and delivering effective social campaigns to deliver against our trading campaigns looking at all audiences – Prospecting, Winback & Cross-sell – across both Ents/Movies content and Sports
• Influence the social channel strategies to continually optimise performance by utilising and applying findings from previous campaigns, tests and where applicable other channels
• Develop test and learn plans for both the social channel and creative to help better meet our audiences needs
• Plan, brief and execute integrated marketing campaigns collaborating with multiple teams across the business and with our agency partners
• Brief creative agencies to deliver effective campaign creatives fit for different media channels – plan and lead briefs to ensure all creatives are delivered on time with appropriate partner engagement, within budget and are built on insight to deliver towards the campaign critical metric

Job Requirements:

• Passion for TV / content – a demonstrable passion for forward-thinking content
• Creativity – to think creatively and come up with new ideas for creative assets and social activity
• Collaborative – ability to work with several partners, both internally and externally to co-create plans utilising the expertise from the different teams. Adept at planning ahead
• Persuasive / influencing – ability and confidence to challenge and adapt existing plans and get new ideas off the ground
• Analytical – experience at analysing performance, trends and drawing out measurable insights
• Industry experience – desirable to have previous experience working in a social media role however demonstratable marketing experience in another channel essential. Experience handling budgets, agency partners and briefing campaigns
