Job Description:
The Sr CRM Data Administration Business Consultant is responsible for defining, crafting, and executing the organization’s CRM & Data needs in concert with the needs of the business as defined by the Southwest Business leadership team. Additionally, this role is responsible for driving the incorporation of these data elements (existing and future additions) into all relevant business processes. Provides Legendary Internal Customer Service by acting as a resource of information internally and to other departments within the Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Govern data and data processes across digital platforms and channels.
- Partner with Privacy Office on new processes and projects to ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
- Partner with Marketing and Technology to integrate CRM and Pardot data through FTPs, URL parameters, CSV files, and tracking pixels.
- Maintain CRM and back-end data systems for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management.
- Audit data regularly to uncover data integrity issues and / or opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop Salesforce and Tableau reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
- Oversee lead funnel management and planning.
- Develop process improvements for entering and tracking leads and account data in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Constantly monitor and manage lead routing and distribution process to measure and assess lead quality through quantifiable program metrics/KPIs, engaging with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Collaborate and align with business teams to proactively identify opportunities for improvements to lead generation and nurturing objectives to provide the Team with the necessary marketing assets and tools.

Qualification & Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; Degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or Math preferred
- Required: 8 years of experience with CRM, Database, SQL Querying, Data Analysis and Visualization Tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx and Microsoft Excel
- Preferred: Advanced Degree; MBA or Masters in related field
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
