Job Description

Create future operating models that would seamlessly combine human & machine intelligence to bring about step change in business performance. Building, enhancing & executing the AI strategy for the company would be the key deliverables for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize autonomous business / operating models driven by AI by reimagining business processes across the TSL value chain.
• Scan external ecosystem to identify relevant opportunities. Create and manage a pipeline of initiatives.
• Direct the AI’s learning trajectory, identify potential risks & implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Construct solution objectives, deliverables & determine timelines
• Program manage the transformation from concept to change management. Liaise with business verticals to envision future operating practices and drive usage and adoption of solution.
• Liaise with technology partners (internal & external) to construct solution architecture & enable implementations

Job Requirements

• Good understanding of mining / manufacturing / supply chain / commercial processes along with knowledge of technology applications in these domains, would be preferred
• Experience of working in high performance teams delivering AI solutions
• Experience of working in cross-functional & collaborative environment
