Job Description:
We are currently recruiting Data Collection Coordinators to support our vision of having a single source of complete and correct asset information to enable future maintenance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review Civils asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process source documents by reviewing data for discrepancies, resolving these by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Review, correct, delete, or re-enter data combining data from systems (Ellipse and/or Maximo) when asset information is incomplete, whilst also purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Ensures Asset Operation Civils asset records and associated data are accurately registered / decommissioned in the asset and associated systems
- Prepare source data for computer entry
- Upload the data to the Asset Management System(s) i.e. Ellipse and/or Maximo.
- Raise work orders in Ellipse and/or Maximo and review accuracy of data in the system.
- Identify work items included in the annual maintenance budget so that assets achieve or remain at required standards
- Support teams to prepare maintenance data associated with asset data (e.g. Maintenance Regimes, Standard Jobs, and Work Groups)
- Undertake site visits to verify data is accurate, complete and correct.
Job Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft software, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Working knowledge of London Underground asset data change processes, requirements and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Knowledge of Asset Management systems such as Ellipse, Maximo or similar packages.
- Ability to manage and prioritise work load under pressure and in critical situations,
- Working knowledge of London Underground asset data change processes, requirements and standards.
- Good technical knowledge of the physical assets managed
- Knowledge of the Asset Data Structure (including associated maintenance regime data) in the Asset Management System(s).
- Thorough understanding of Asset Management and data requirements.
- Strong decision-making ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of Asset Data Management processes and tools
- Experience of Asset Management systems and asset data
- Substantial experience in Data Analysis and Preparation
