Job Description:

Provides the expertise and technical direction necessary to define, maintain, enhance or replace the information systems and technology. The position evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of proposed systems or requests for revisions to existing systems. The work involves planning, leading, documenting and participating, as needed, in the requirement definition, design, development, test, implementation and post-implementation activities associated with information technology projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to related parties in relevant area(s) of expertise.
  • Ensures the development and implementation of effective and efficient computer systems by preparing detailed specifications for computer programs.
  • Provide the expertise and technical direction necessary to define, maintain, enhance or replace information systems and technology. Review business requirements, create processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Conversions – Data Migration Objects: LSMW, BDC
  • Reports – specifically ALV using old and new techniques (GUI_GRID/LIST, SALV, IDA)
  • Web, Hybrid Mobile Development: Web Dynpro, Fiori, Gateway, OData Service
  • Use office technology, software and applications
  • Communicate in a variety of mediums
  • Demonstrate specialized expertise and knowledge in the assigned field
  • Understanding of SAP Charm (or similar tool) and an Application Life Cycle Management tool is an added advantage
  • Understanding of SAP Gateway / SAP Success Factors / SAP APIs (Business Hub/Adhoc development from back end) is an added advantage
  • HR Payroll & Benefits (Infotypes, Structures, Process Flows) is an added advantage
  • Forms – SAP Scripts, Smartforms
  • Interfaces – RFC, BAPIs, Web Services
  • Apply analytical skills
  • Object Oriented (OO) ABAP, ABAP HR reports & programs
  • SAP modules: Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Human Resource (HR), Project Systems (PS)
  • Demonstrated Experience in developing SAP development RICEFW Objects:
  • Enhancements – Exits, Implicit Enhancements, BADIs, BTEs, RWIN Interface
  • Familiarity with the following:
  • Workflows, CDS Views, ‘HANA’tizing old ABAP code
  • A University Degree, or College Diploma in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent
