Job Responsibilities: Experience with surgical skills of mouse femur, cranial, dorsal, spinal cord, and abdominal window chamber installations; animal perfusion; blood sampling; intraperitoneal and tail vein injection; subcutaneous and orthotopic tumor implantation procedures (necessary) Preparation of ex vivo tissues for histology Meticulous and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and accurately under deadlines Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Report writing, contribution to scientific manuscript preparation At minimum a Bachelors degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or related discipline, and or Master's preferred Experience with Biorad assays and/or single cell technologies are considered an asset.
