At minimum, three (3) to six (6) months related experience in Oncology; clinical research experience preferred. At minimum, community college diploma in health or science related discipline, and or bachelor degree preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills. Well-developed critical reasoning skills. Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail. Exceptional organizational & time management skills. Ability to work well independently and in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with electronic medical record systems and data abstraction Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to multi-task & perform in a fast-paced environment.
