Job Description: Vodafone UK Business are revolutionising how customers use technology and connectivity, ensuring they are ready for today and the digital innovation of tomorrow Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Pre-Sales Adviser you will engage across a range of contact points within a customer organisation and determine the Vodafone Product solution required to provide market-leading service to that customer. You will provide technical pre-and post-sales support for low to medium complexity customer requirements. Managing requirements, creating and validating the solution design, for larger opportunities you will contribute to a virtual team led by the agreed Solution Owner. Working with local customers as part of the Solution Design organisation in Vodafone UK, you will typically own opportunities worth up to £30M TCV. Respond to requests for new technology or technology-derived solutions from the customer and be accountable for demand generation activities i.e. pro-actively creating new opportunities to sell Vodafone solutions. This is a customer-facing role. Work with other members of the Vodafone team, including: Sales, Solution Owners, Projects Managers, Delivery, Service and Commercial Management to ensure that solutions designed are fit for purpose and can be readily deployed and operated by Vodafone in a profitable manner.
