Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Vodafone UK & Digital Sales Leadership to remove barriers to productivity & success.
  • Continued focus on achieving sales targets & delivering value to the Ireland Operating Company and customer base.
  • Manage KPI’s & work with demand generation team to ensure that deliverables are exceeded & internal customers are delighted by Vodafone
  • Performance & Partnership.
  • Define & ensure the personal development of the entire Digital Sales Team.
  • Create an environment where building broad & complex customer relationships is second nature.
  • Coach & develop Team Managers to the next level.
  • Maintaining a high 20+ NPS Score from customer base
  • Develop, coach & manage a large Digital Sales to ensure operational excellence.
  • Ensure the successful on-boarding of new sales staff, utilizing the Vodafone Way of Selling theory & process.
  • Provide timely & relevant Sales performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Capable of developing successful relationships at a stakeholder level & aligning on shared aspirational goal(s).
  • Experience of Inside Sales team management in a lead generation & sophisticated Sales environment for a B2B service organisation (ideally direct Vodafone experience).
  • Polished B2B Sales Manager with excellent communication & motivation skills.
  • Can demonstrate experience of successfully leading a Sales team in a high-pressure environment to meet tight deadlines
  • Ideally has 2-5 years experience managing managers or is a high performing front line manager ready for the next step.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
