Job Description:

Role purpose: developing new tools, dashboards and applications to automate manual operational processes in CE in addition of running the daily operations of monitoring triple play and national roaming performance KPIs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Testing and accepting the new tools.
  • Regular reporting on services performance (daily, weekly and monthly).
  • Maintaining the CE tools.
  • Daily monitoring of services KPIs (triple play, National Roaming), detecting performance degradation, handling issues with technical support teams and ensure resolution.
  • Writing the code to develop new CE tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Java scripting
  • Familiar with Oracle & My SQL DB
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communications and Presentation skills.
  • Computer Science, IT, Telecom, Electrical Engineering.
  • 1 year experience in automation.
