Job Description:

we have an exciting opportunity for a commercial finance manager to join our high performing commercial finance team here at wagamamawe’re looking for a qualified accountant who can work closely with and business partner one of our three regional operations teams, developing and delivering insightful commercial analysis and helping to drive sales, profitability and value

this role will be covering one of three of our regions across the uk however, you will spend the majority of your time in noodle hq in borough, london + working from home during the current circumstances

Job Responsibilities:

• ensuring group wide tools that allow users to create their own insights are well understood and used by the regional team
• optimising reporting and management information to drive action and insight to establish strong credibility with the operators, working in an engaging, supportive and objective manner
• to be the financial expert for the region, delivering accurate management information which is simple to understand and easily read by non-financial stakeholders
• to provide proactive insight and reporting to the other business units in head office
• to manage and own discreet areas of the budget and forecasting process
• creating a challenging but achievable budget that the ops team can own
• financial analysis for your region + adhoc financial analysis for hq departments where required

• able to communicate and adapt style to people on all levels within the organisation
• proactive organised approach
• adaptable to change
• strong technical and analytical skills
• experience of delivering budgets in a minimum fuss environment
• self-starter able to manage a range of deliverables and responsibilities
• proven track record of making complex information quick and easy to understand
• hospitality sector or multi-site experience beneficial but not essential
• excellent excel/modelling skills
• qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA or CIMA
