this is regional based role so it will be suitable for someone based anywhere in the north of england who is excited to travel across the region

Job Requirements:

• proven hr/ people partnering experience in a similar role
• ideally you will have worked in a regional role or people partner position within a multi-site business
• strong stakeholder management
• a good breadth of employee relations experience
• resilient and able to spin multiple plates
• warm, friendly, and able to build strong relationships
• able to charm and persuade people through facts, logic and not just because people will like them
• loves mucking in, getting involved in things that may not be part of their remit
• we think that if you can do the first 4 bits then making an impact will come naturally to you
