- proven hr/ people partnering experience in a similar role
- ideally you will have worked in a regional role or people partner position within a multi-site business
- strong stakeholder management
- a good breadth of employee relations experience
- resilient and able to spin multiple plates
- warm, friendly, and able to build strong relationships
- able to charm and persuade people through facts, logic and not just because people will like them
- loves mucking in, getting involved in things that may not be part of their remit
- we think that if you can do the first 4 bits then making an impact will come naturally to you
