Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Talent & Capabilities team as an Apprentice Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Administrator with a mixture of remote working and being in our Support Centre in Worksop.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administration of course dates’ coordinating the learner calendar and recording attendance.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate learner profile data on the LXP system.
  • Support on the coordination and delivery of face to face and virtual learning.
  • Maintain external relationships with the LXP provider and ensure the best learner experience is available for team members

Job Requirements:

For this role we need someone who is highly organised, who can work to tight deadlines and is confident at communicating at all levels with the ability to build strong relationships. Someone who is an expert in prioritisation, who understand how analytics can support the business and can take complex data and simplify it. We need you to be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams. We do not expect you to have prior knowledge of LXP but we need you to have the agility to learn new systems as this is essential to this role. We want you to be curious and possess the ability to seek out root causes and recommend practical solutions. This role comes with enrolment onto an apprenticeship course to support you to be the very best you can be.
