Job Requirements

• Experience with design and implementation of Enterprise Mobile Device Management infrastructure
• Working Knowledge on Upgradation of Core and sentry to latest versions (Ex: 8.5 to 9.1 or 9.1 9.5)
• Working knowledge of email Sentry setup & management
• Design, implement and maintain Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in technical support role supporting MobileIron
• Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android and Windows primarily)
• Best practices for supporting a large-scale enterprise mobile device program with 10k plus devices
• Ability to quickly interpret Client updates for applicability to existing environment including urgent upgrades and patches
• Understanding of project governance, compliance, audit, and risk management principles
• Understanding of Ticketing Tools like Service now
• Understanding Knowledge on Incident, Change and Program Management
• Experience working with security teams to plan and implement security/device management policies
• Expertise with troubleshooting MDM related issues
