Job Description:
As a Senior Product Manager you will be accountable for driving customer growth for X-Ray, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The Growth PM will deliver and manage world-class features and experiences that are used by millions of customers around the world, daily. As a product leader on our team, you will shape the future of the X-Ray roadmap. We are a team of builders that works passionately to apply cutting edge technologies to solve real-world challenges that will transform the Prime Video experiences in ways we can’t even imagine yet.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own experiments and create clear mechanisms to test and forecast the feasibility and success of a given initiative
- Drive product launches including working with external partners, public relations teams, executives, cross functional marketing teams, and other product management team members
- Write product/marketing documents, requirements, user stories, product specifications, ensuring clear communication and coordination with business, design and development teams
- Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet financial and technical goals
- Create buy-in for product vision, and marketing tactics internally and with key partners in US and International teams.
- Establish innovative processes and pursue new opportunities that ultimately create disproportionate value for our customers and business
- Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into crisp product strategies, roadmaps, and marketing plans, while managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time to market

- Knowledge of agile product development and lifecycle management process
- Proficient writer and communicator
- Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software/hardware development schedules
- Experiencing in defining and executing customer research to support product positioning and strategy
- 1+ years of experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with developing business partnerships
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines
- Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in both mobile, tablet, and PC front-end development platforms (digital)
- MBA or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience launching consumer products
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
