Job Description:
The Sr. Product Manager role requires a strategic-thinker with the ability to dive deep, influence others, and deliver with the highest standards. In owning their product roadmap, the candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to drive stakeholder alignment. In addition, a successful candidate must be adept at thinking big and coordinating across functional areas to inform comprehensive business, operational, clinical, compliance, and privacy requirements. Finally, this person will employ high business judgement to deliver results that improves the pharmacy experience and meets product goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand pharmacy customer needs and develop customer-obsessed products that account for operational, privacy, clinical, and compliance requirements.
- Improve metrics for how we evaluate prescription request and insurance eligibility experience and drive improvement to order conversion.
- Develop scalable and effective mechanisms for reviewing, managing, and reporting on product roadmap.
- Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, surfacing and mitigating risks, and escalating appropriately.
- Align stakeholders on a shared vision and defined milestones, advocating for resources to accomplish plan.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across UX, Tech, PMO, Finance, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance to build and execute product roadmap.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture.
- Demonstrated success leading product roadmap strategy with end-to-end product delivery.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to use data and metrics to inform vision, requirements, and prioritization.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related business or technical fields.
- Experience working with technical teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements.
- Experience influencing multiple diverse stakeholders to align and deliver product vision.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
